Full rebrand and website launch for Opulence by Storeybook Cakes

This feels really amazing to say (as it has been a long journey for Lorien at Opulence by Storeybook Cakes). Loriens full rebrand and website launch was paused due to covid and an exceptionally busy year but we have now launched her website and rebrand and I am so excited to show you.
Lorien wanted to set herself apart from other cake designers and also have a rebrand that uplevelled her business. The end goal was to have a visual identity that allowed her to up her pricing (which she has) and take on fewer clients so that she could have the work/life balance.
First we worked on the full brand identity after her strategy session where we delved deeper into her ideal client, whom she would like to begin marketing towards and to forecast her goals.
I used a dark blue and plum colour palette with gold accents and flourishes – the colours reflect both Loriens and her brands personality. This has now added confidence to Lorien and her personal brand.
Next up came the full Showit website redesign. Lorien has beautiful imagery of her cakes and I wanted to design a website that showed off her talent in a strategy driven way.
